Shipping & Returns

We ship items daily and while we can't predict what will happen to your package after it leaves our hands, we will work hard to make sure our items are packaged securely and will arrive to you in perfect shape. In the unfortunate event that you are unsatisfied with your item, please place it back into the box it was shipped in and return it to us. We humbly request that return shipping is paid for by the customer. After we receive it, we will make the changes that are requested with a limit of (1) one change per item and return the item to you. Alteration and changes beyond this point may inquire a fee, which will be dictated by the nature of the alteration or change.

If you are still unsatisfied with your item, we will issue refunds upon the return of our product to us. Again, it is the customers responsibity to take care of return shipping charges. Thank You.

Care:

Our pieces are presented to the costumer in our hunter green velvet boxes or light gray velvet pouches imprinted with our logo, encased in a plastic bag. We suggest to keep the items in the plastic bag while not wearing them. It keeps them from possible tarnishing, dust, etc. so they less often need cleaning.

When we say : LIFTIME GUARANTEE! we offer not only free repair, but cleaning, refreshing, and refinishing also. We stand behind our creations 100% and provideing care for them is a pleasure! You pay only for shipping if you can not contact us in person.


How to care for your jewelry: We offer free cleaning! But be sure to follow some basic guidelines below.

Some of the organic stones /pearl, coral, elk-ivory, etc / can not be placed in harsh cleaners like Tarnix. If you are not sure give us a call or take it to a jeweler. Normally some dish detergent, warm water and a soft rag will take care of the cleaning.
